History

The history of this building dates back to the 14th century when one of the first parcellings of the city of Bruges was done on waste land (hence the name Braambergstraat = Bramblehillstreet). It also explains the straight streets in this district. The whole block between Freren Fonteinstraat, Waalsestraat, Zwarte Leertouwersstraat en Predikherenstraat was 1 property. This is the beginning of a 600 years old story ....
